Information we receive
When you submit a project brief, we receive the contact and project information you choose to provide. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or identity documents through the public form.
Purpose and retention
We use the information to assess and respond to the enquiry, prevent abuse and maintain a business record. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers needed for delivery. Retention is reviewed against business, legal and security needs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@osoulhospitality.com. Requests are verified before action. External links and later secure workspaces have their own terms and controls.
International processing
Where a service could involve processing outside Saudi Arabia, we evaluate the applicable requirements and safeguards before using it.
